Evonne Phan is an ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has over six years of experience as an oncology nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the Azusa Pacific University. She has experience in family practice, home health, dialysis, oncology, and hematology settings. She is passionate and dedicated to providing quality care and education to her patients and their families. In her free time, she loves traveling, gardening, and cooking.
